THE DRESS

Picture
Maggie' Sottero's "Rachael" stole my little bridal heart. The dress was definitely NOT what I was looking for. After four boutiques, and hundreds of fit and flair dresses, this little ball gown is the winner. I am only customizing it slightly, and making the back of the dress a little more couture like an Amsale Dress I saw online that is very similar in style (SEE BELOW FOR BACK OF DRESS). It is so true when they tell you that the dress you never want to try on is "The One". Honestly, I wasn't one to get too emotional or crazy about the whole gown experience, but this was the dress I felt the most sexy and elegant at the same time.

Marabou Wrap

Picture
This is my second wrap purchased for the wedding. I originally had one matching the b'maids, but this one stood out more and a lot fluffier and winteresque bridal. It found this from Esty Seller LenaKanter711 and will purchase in ivory to match the dress.

The Other Bridal Details (actual pics added later)

Picture
RomanticSoles purchased on Zappos.com. Love the additional 4 " of red heel I'm bringing on my wedding day. Because of the elevated toe box, they are actually pretty darn comfy. I appreciate that they come in special sizes, too. LOVE!

Party Flats for Late Night Dancing

Picture
These were purchased on the Dessy.com bridesmaid/bridal website. They will be perfect for relieving my feet after wearing the tall ones all day!

A gorgeous faux fur wrap is a must for Winter Wedding pics in December! I haven't purchased one yet, but loved the look of this one. I am going to do some searching online and maybe even have my FMIL attempt this sewing project for me and all the ladies.

Picture
A brooch very similar to this one was purchased with my dress. When the seamstress reconstructs the back of my dress to be a tad more couture like the Amsale bow, this brooch will be in placed in the middle of it.

Picture
The "actual" bracelet has yet to be photographed, but this is sort of like it. The width of it is definitely very similar but the pattern itself is not as vintage as the one I actually purchased. The one I purchased plays off of the belt on the bridal gown like they were sold as a set. YEAH! Can't wait for the order to come in and try it all on together.

Picture
This picture basically shows the length of my veil. I could not find one online that looked like the one purchased. Mine has a unique vintage rhinestone rim and its two-tiered so I can use the top layer as a blusher if I wanted to.

Dangle rhinestone Chandelier earrings to add a tad more bling.
